The general purpose of the Master Association is to provide supervision, management, and determination as to the care and maintenance of roads, traffic control, landscaping within the roadway rights-of-way and other Master Association property, drainage systems, and irrigation systems (including all wells, pumps, pipes, and other facilities or equipment thereof) located throughout the Kings Point Project, as well as other matters determined to be in the best interest of the Master Association by the Board of Directors from time to time.
In accordance with the SCCW Master Association bylaws, article II, section 3, each Member Association President shall submit to the Master Association a list of its Officers, designating the persons who, in the absence of the President, may vote in a Representative Capacity for the Master Association Member and the sequence in which they are authorized to represent the Member Association at any Master Association meeting.|
Each Association is required to submit a BOARD AND IRRIGATION CONTACT FORM to the Master Association each year. This form is used for you to specify your designated representatives and irrigation POC's.

The Kings Point (SCCW) Master Association board members are proud to serve the residents of Kings Point.
Before retiring to KP Steve worked in the construction industry while living in NY. Currently, when not doing Master Association business Steve can usually be found spending his time on the water or visiting Mickey and his Friends.
Forrest was elected to the first owner controlled Master Association BOD in 2015 serving as its President. He has been a unit owner since 1996 has served the KP Community in variety of leadership roles. As you can guess, Forrest’s historical knowledge is vast and his value is immeasurable to both the Master Board and the Community. His motto ...”at your service”, speaks for itself!
Jim was elected to the Master Association Board this past year. He has also served as President of Knolls II for the past 3 years. He worked as a district manager for a large retailer and previously served in Sarasota County on the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Siesta key Lighting District.
Les has been a Kings Point resident since 1997. He held the position of Customer Service Manager for the builder in SCC, Walden Lakes, West Shore and Venice for 10 years. He has served as director on the Manchester-II Association Board for 4 years and now serves as a directors on the Master Association Board.
Jim has been involved in community affairs since moving to Kings Point in 2004. He was President of Highgate 3 (7 years), Federation Board of Directors (4 years, President 1 year), Master Association advisory Committee (2 years), and Master Association Board of Directors (2.5 years, President 1 year). Before retirement Jim was a Master Pipefitter for Local 537 in Boston Mass and he is also retired from Harvard University where he was the Maintenance Manager at a Cogeneration Power Plant owned and operated by the University.
