Our Purpose
The general purpose of the Master Association is to provide supervision, management, and determination as to the care and maintenance of roads, traffic control, landscaping within the roadway rights-of-way and other Master Association property, drainage systems, and irrigation systems (including all wells, pumps, pipes, and other facilities or equipment thereof) located throughout the Kings Point Project, as well as other matters determined to be in the best interest of the Master Association by the Board of Directors from time to time.
Members' Representation
In accordance with the SCCW Master Association bylaws, article II, section 3, each Member Association President shall submit to the Master Association a list of its Officers, designating the persons who, in the absence of the President, may vote in a Representative Capacity for the Master Association Member and the sequence in which they are authorized to represent the Member Association at any Master Association meeting.|
Each Association is required to submit a BOARD AND IRRIGATION CONTACT FORM to the Master Association each year. This form is used for you to specify your designated representatives and irrigation POC's.

Jim's involvement in community affairs since moving to Kings Point in 2004 are, President of Highgate 3. Federation Board of Directors. Master Association advisory Committee. Master Association Board of Directors. Before retirement, Jim was a master pipe fitter for Local 537 in Boston Mass, he is also retired from Harvard University where he was the Maintenance Manager at a Cogeneration Power Plant owned and operated by the University.
Chris and Vicki have lived in Kings Point for 11 years. During that time he was been on the Portsmith board for 10 years as Secretary for 2 and President for 8. He has been active in the community and is currently President to the Garden Club and the Vehicle Storage Club. Chris enjoys working at the Woodchoppers Club and helping his neighbors.
Living in Kings Point for over 11 years, David came to the community after a 30-year career in maintenance operations where he was responsible for leading over 800 people and bringing multimillion dollar budgets in on target. Since arriving, he has put his experience and skills to use as a volunteer in leadership roles to include serving and participating on multiple committees and acting as President of Acadia II for the past 9 years, and Director/VP on the Federation board.
Jayne has lived in the Kings Point Community for nearly 11 years and comes to the Master Board with over 35 years experience in banking and accounting. She has served her association and the King's Point Community in a variety of roles over the years. She was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, Chaired the Finance Committee, served as the former Treasurer of Nantucket II, and currently serves as President of her Association.

Forrest was elected to the first owner controlled Master Association BOD in 2015 serving as its President. He has been a unit owner since 1996 has served the KP Community in variety of leadership roles. As you can guess, Forrest’s historical knowledge is vast and his value is immeasurable to both the Master Board and the Community. His motto ...”at your service”, speaks for itself!
Les’s love of the Kings Point Community stretches almost 30 years starting in 1992 when purchasing a home and becoming a permanent resident in 1997. He comes to the Master Board with experience in construction including drainage. He has been instrumental in the development of the Sportsman’s Club to include serving as president for 6 years and served as a volunteer for the Master Team and on the disaster committee for damage control.
George’s knowledge in construction gives him the experience to assist Kings Point now and in the future. He brings 36 years of experience with various infrastructure projects for the New York State Department of Transportation. George and his family are drawn to Kings Point because of the amenities and the value the community offers and looks forward to help the board maximizing every dollar spent in Kings Point.
